It features lightweight high strength, thermal insulation, fire resistance, and high-temperature endurance.

Characteristics

Non-combustibility: Foamed cement board is a non-combustible material with a fire resistance rating of Class A, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1000°C.

Environmental Friendliness: The production and construction processes emit no harmful gases or waste, making it green and eco-friendly.

Thermal Insulation: With low thermal conductivity and high closed-cell ratio, it effectively reduces convective heat transfer, providing significant thermal insulation.

Freeze-Thaw Resistance: After 25 consecutive freeze-thaw cycles, the mass loss rate is less than 5%, and the strength loss rate is less than 20%.

Sound Insulation: The internal structure contains numerous independent bubbles, providing sound absorption 5-7 times that of ordinary concrete, with sound insulation reaching up to 60dB.
